Our aim is to provide our customers with an online shopping experience that is enjoyable and hassle free. That is the reason we have offered Free Delivery Services for customers all around the globe.  

STANDARD ORDERS:

If the item you ordered is a standard order in a standard size, and you wish to return it kindly follow the instructions below. 

1.1 Exchanges/Refund

Accepted reasons for Exchange/Refund: The product you have received does not match your order and product description due to a mistake from our side (e.g. you received the wrong size or wrong color). We have a rigorous checking procedure to make sure orders are made to the requirements before being shipped to the customer. However, in the extremely rare cases when there is an error made by us, we will accept returns. In these cases we will pay for the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt).

Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, process the exchange/refund or issue a 6 months store credit note depending on your request


If you have another reason for Exchange Only/Not Refund (e.g., the item doesn’t fit), the terms below apply:

The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and the item(s) must be shipped by express courier and arrive in Dubai in its original condition with the original tags and receipt within 14 days. Please note that an Airway Bill/ Courier reference number must be provided once the item has been shipped by you in order for us to track the shipment.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund for any of the following reasons:

A -The item(s) has not been received by us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

B -The item(s) has not received by us in its original packing condition with its original tags or shows evidence of being worn/used/scented/washed/altered 

We do not accept returns merely if the customer has changed their mind regarding the item in question. All sales are considered final.

There is a strictly no return policy if the client complains that there is a color variance from that on the computer screen and when received the item in hand. 

The Seller takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colors are as near as can be displayed on a computer screen.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

1.2 Cash On Delivery

 Within UAE

Items shipped and paid for by Cash on Delivery can't be replaced, but may be eligible to be returned for a refund. All refunds in respect of items purchased using Cash on Delivery will be issued by a credit note which can be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The order amount set forth on your shipment confirmation in the local currency of your destination country must be paid in full before receiving your items and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened and your items inspected only after the payment is made.

 Outside UAE

For items shipped outside of United Arab Emirates there is a STRICT NO REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY. We therefore request you to go through our size chart before any confirmation and even encourage you to contact us by email contact@divaabayacouture.com so we can return a call for further clarifications.
